Yeah that's a little ridiculous. probably only 720p too. I would offer 20 bucks for it if not free, then again your population is a mite smaller than mine. You find these things just sitting by garbage bins in the alleys over here.

Closest city only has like 100k people but I can still get some stuff for free.
There isn't any kerbside hard waste collection around here at all so people don't put stuff out on their lawn or whatever for pickup.
