So if I get PSX in multi bin format or img/ccd/cue do I just use isobuster to convert to bin/cue? I need bin/cue format specifically.

been a while since I used iso buster but I think imgburn can do that I know it can convert bin/cue to iso.

Using imgburn wouldn't I need to burn img/ccd (or multi bin) to CD first before I can create bin/cue though?

nope you can create an image file from files on you hdd.
