I mean if I can run at 60 no problem I'll do it though.

It's funny how some games run like shit (L.A. Noir) and others like Dark Souls 2 that has higher requirements can run perfectly even at higher settings. For me anyways. Probably be better once I build a new PC.
I'll not let it stop me from playing games but, the higher the better.

In the case of this particular game it doesn't need a higher frame rate. Much like any film that would be a similar genre/setting.
I was mentioning it offhand because Zal said something about stutters. It's not like I was typing a book about why it's a horrible problem and it stopped me from playing.

60 is nice for my COD games though.

Again it depends on the game. I can run Bioshock infinite at 30fps at 1080p and seems perfectly fine and that's an fps too.

Back to LA Noire for a second:
I've played games that crash at random, have crazy bugs, and recently one that crashed on quick load, whatever, I power past technical issues. I simply didn't like LA Noire and that's why I dropped it.

I hate stuttering. The only game I have right now that does it (noir) Although REHD did slow down on that forest path to Lisas hut but even though it slowed a bit it didn't stutter. That was the only place though.

Probably and issue with the engine and your hardware. You've got a low end card so it could be a driver issue that Nvidia never bothered fixing.

Yeah actually it was an ASUS RX 480 Dual OC. Think it was higher than 4gb, I wanna say 6gb but don't think they make a 6gb model. Maybe it was an 8gb but that seems to high. Meh maybe it was a 4gb.
