I'm wondering if you got in running higher in the past by using hdmi.
You can go up to like 2048×1536 through a VGA cable dawg.

D av is likely just referring to d-terminal, which is Japan's main connector for ypbpr.

Not if the tv doesn't support it. Even if the panel can, if the chassis won't allow that input it's irrelevant.
The tv I'm using for example can run 1920x1080 through both vga and hdmi, but through vga the vertical and horizontal frequency is technically lower.
Try hooking up a tv with 1080i max to a PC via vga. 720p tv's, especially cheap ones that reuse various parts from different sources, may not get the same max resolution through vga and hdmi.

Monitors and tv's aren't exactly the same. Maybe some are but most I've looked at are very different.

Well I have to admit it's been a very long time since I actually enjoyed anything with Van Damme in it
Hopefully there's enough interest to bring on another season.

Just grabbed the pilot. When are the other episodes out? Haven't seen them listed on my NZB site.

Some different rips (only listing ep6 but these groups have all episodes available)...
    Jean.Claude.Van.Johnson.S01E06.1080p.WEB.h264-SKGTV (503MB)
    Jean-Claude.Van.Johnson.S01E06.The.World.Needs.Its.Hero .1080p.AMZN.WEBRip.DDP5.1.x264-SiGMA (992MB)
    Jean.Claude.Van.Johnson.S01E06.WEBRip.x264-RARBG (292MB)

FaiLED <- has only the pilot released, I guess you might've got their 720p or 1080p version?

Id have prefered a program where Van Damme tortures Segal in every episode but this isn't to bad either XD
