EA used to be a good company.
Nowadays? Holy [EXPLETIVES].
....damn its not ausi winter yet, the spider's health bars will be maxed out...You win this round lou, but the minute your temp drops and you no longer have your ridable arachnids then it begins.
Also, EA is reeeally in dmg control, their stock prices got a big dent from all this.

what an idiotic argument of semantics that is.
whatever, i live in the US so i call the FIFA sport soccer. don't really care what the rest of the world calls it. though that does raise a question: outside the US, what does the box art for FIFA say? football or soccer? same for the NFL box art, does that still say football or something else.
edit: wait... "Afaik it wasn't the yanks that started calling football "soccer" anyway." ...what?

Gridiron.
I believe it was the British that called football "soccer". It isn't a sport that's older than other football codes in other countries afaik.
Spoiler warning:
yeah, i see that now after some looking around on youtube. britain... well, i guess i have an interesting bit of info to use next anyone tries telling me it's only called soccer here in the US.
As I said it's mostly still called soccer here too (in my state anyway), that's what happens when another football code is dominant.
Aussie rules has been played since about the mid 19th century.
Spoiler warning:
Yup britain used the term then started to abandon it round about the 60s/70s. From then on it was a slow decline into just football. Secrets out :'( now the shameing begins...
