Default What the heck do I do now?? (PCSX2)

Hi guyss. So I downloaded AVP Extinction on my windows and the emulator. I've so far downloaded the 7-zip program but I'm at a loss on what and how to do whatever it is i need to do next. I get a hint that I need to right click the AVP file that ends in 7? But When I click extract files I just makes a folder containing something called bin and cue? I'm entirely new to this I've never do anything like it so I'd love any help to allow me to play this game! It's nostalgia at its best.

Anyway, So I've moved the files to my desktop just in case. I don't know what to do now. Please help!! The emulator says it needs to be a BIOS file or something? anyway hope you guys know whats up!

    Thanks~~

PS2? yeah the bin should be right. Usually it's an iso but it looks like it may be a cd image so yeah everythings good there.

Just have to open it in pcsx2 you may have to change the file type to all files in the bottom right when browsing for the game. Also sounds like you need the bios file for the PS2. You can search for it in the forums or grab it from the main site. You can put the file in the bios folder which is in my documents or just select the location from within the emulator.

Ok so looks like you've got a good start there. I would download the most recent version of PCSX2 though from their site.

Anywho you will need to extract the bios pack and copy them into PCSX2s bios folder which is by default C:\users\YOUR NAME\Documents\PCSX2\bios.

Load Pcsx2. Click on config - plugin/bios selector - click bios on the left panel and a list will populate in the little area provided so just pick one click apply and then ok.

Then click CDVD - iso selector - browse and a window will pop up to select your game - nagigate to the folder and you'll see at the bottom right a little drop down menu that says supported formats - click on that and choose all files. This will show the .bin file. select the game.

Then click system - boot cdvd fast and play.
