Default Xenosaga Episode II - Jenseits von Gut und Boese (USA) (Disc 2) download speed is crawling

everything else im getting 14-18 MB/s but when i try to download Xenosaga Episode II - Jenseits von Gut und Boese (USA) (Disc 2) it stays stuck at 100-500 KB/s

o.o' so i definitely know its not on my end since i can click another link and instantly get 14-18 MB/s

Xenosaga Episode II - Jenseits von Gut und Boese (USA) (Disc 2) is the only file im downloading at the moment tho and its still staying around 100-500 KB/s

14-18 MB/s is still kind of slow for me since i have 1 GB/s Link Speed plus im running Wired Internet but you wont hear me complaining about speed until its pulling 100-500 KB/s

3 hours for a 3.3 GB file with a 1 GB/s Link Speed is going to leave anyone with a Squinty Eye

wellp the speed just jumped back up again

yep 1GB/s exists i use a decent Rogers plan iv only really ever topped out at 100MB/s cause the network card in my computer is a 10/100 card not a 10/100/1000

actually i just noticed that the download speed changes depending on the IP the file comes from if its 208.77.22.75 it goes slow as all hell

I believe quite a few people in Singapore have had that speed for a while. They probably have access to even higher speeds now.
That's just one country I don't know about anywhere else.

    Spoiler warning:
