I tired to play a specific game that I downloaded but

I am having a probem with a game I just downloaded it Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak and every time I try to play it it sops at a certain point and it is always the same part, after I input yes for name confirmation it just stops somebody please help or at least fix it
