HLSL Scan Line settings for Mame

Need some help, when I go to the ini folder there is another folder in it with the name presets; when I go in there there isn't a MAME ini, just 7 other ini files; gameboy, gba, lcd, lcd-matrix, raster, vector and vector-mono ini files.

What now?

Using the latest x64 mame release., dowloaded here: http://mamedev.org/release.html
