    Angry Stuttering polygons?

i'm not really sure how to describe the issue i'm having. When playing Chrono Cross, the polygons of the 3d models seem like they are stuttering, or are jumpy. i'll link a video of my gameplay so you can see what i'm talking about.

i'm using ePSXe 2.0.5, which i'm assuming is the most current version. i'm also using the plugin setup listed on psxdatacenter for Chrono Cross.
    Spoiler warning:
Pete's OpenGL Driver v2.9 ( internal X & Internal Y= Very High, Stretching mode: Stretch to full window size, render Mode: 2 (Use framebuffer object) text filt = 2 FPS limit= 63, Compatibility=2,3,2; Shader effects= 1 (Fullscreen smoothin))

i've also tried Pete's D3D, and P.E.Op.S OpenGL, and P.E.Op.S software. i've tried playing around with the settings of each, and either the picture ends up way too fuzzy/blurry, or i get the stuttering effect.

i'm attaching my Dx Diag output in case it helps figure this out. i know i'm probably leaving out some crucial bit of information, so i'll apologize in advance.
