I'm having trouble downloading ps2 isos

Hi I tried downloading the Rule of Rose for ps2 Iso and after downloading got the message "Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open' Rule of Rose (USA) (5).7z' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged( for example. it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded". Can someone please tell me what this means and how I can start downloading and tranferring my isos to my pcsx2 emulator properly? Any help would be much appreciated thank you!

A .7z file is a 7zip archive.
Use 7zip to extract, your emulator needs the iso which is inside the archive.
