Default Looking for Hell night PS1?! / How to run EBOOT on PC?!

I recently downloaded Hellnight, a horror game for the PS1, but it just has an EBOOT.pbp which is incompatible with ePSXe. This is the only version I was able to find so I want to know if anyone has found a PS1 iso/bin/ecm (etc) or if there's a way for me to run an EBOOT on PC.

The eboot would be a PSX2PSP conversion, to use on PSP with CFW (probably Vita that's hacked as well but idk about that).
I have no idea if those work with PSP emus though.
You can use PSX on PS3 as well, but you need either CFW or PS3 with old OFW 4.70 and below...you convert the game to PSOne Classics (via some PC tools) then use backup injection exploit.
