    Default Getting ps1 CDDA burnt and working.

    Hi there
    I've been trying for a looong time to get the emuparadise isos to burn with the cdda on the disc and working with my softmodded ps1.

    I have used imgburn and the cues provided by emuparadise, converted the ape audio into wav then bin, and also trired using Ultraiso to convert the bin files so that I could write them using clonecd.

    Imgburn works with the media I'm using and I have burnt many games in working fashion, but no luck with the CDDA tracks. They dont seem to burn correctly

    I cant for the life of me get clonecd to use the cues provided by emuparadise, and if I convert the separate bin files using Ultraiso, I cant write the data and audio tracks on the same disc.

    I'd be very grateful of any help provided.
    Also, on a side note. I'd like to upload some of my games to emuparadise as you guys have some missing and my bro and I have bought a great deal many in our gaming lifetimes.

    Don't use ultraiso to convert multi bin. Use ISObuster as per the ECM & APE guide...

    Multi bin files plus cue file to a single bin file plus cue file
    Just for those games with CDDA tracks

    NOTE:- you may skip this totally if your game did not have ape files

    another words some sort of swap trick either with or without a backport cart

    if you are booting with an original disc in though and doing a single disc swap for the backup, the CD Track layout is read from the first disc from that basic swap trick, but there is another swap trick but requires more disc changes Original Burned Original and finally back to the burned disc, to get CDDA working correctly you will need to use a more complex swap trick that will read the track list from the backup as it should do

    should be plenty of youtube videos for that though

    The simple swap trick is fine for games with no CDDA tracks and the original to have a bigger data track to the backup

    Metal Gear Solid is a game to avoid (not sure if it is the only one) not because it will not boot but because to go from CD1 to CD2 is going to be difficult at best as you need to make the PSX recognise a new disc has been inserted and do the swap trick mid game that requires the lid to be recognised to be open then seen to be closed by the PSX and do the swap trick at the same time
