When I Try To Open The 7z File It Always Says
I Tried It With Multiple Different Ones And They All Didnt Work Any Help

Ok Thanks I Realized The Problem The File Would Download Some Parts Then Skip The Rest Thanks

Make sure both 7Zip AND WinRar are up to date, as both those programs are pretty much required to open most binaries (7Zip can't process RAR-5 algorithms, nor can WinRAR process certain ZIP/RAR folders properly (false corruption notices.))

7zip has been able to handle rar5 archives for some time now. It was only briefly incapable of extracting those archives.
Winrar isn't needed, 7zip is freeware.
