Trouble with street fighter 3 alpha M.A.M.E

When trying to start street fighter alpha 3 in mame64 0.187 it says that there is a missing parent file. The versions Ive tried don't appear to have CHD files. Have the files been removed? Has anyone else had this issue and is there a way to fix it?

These are the versions Ive tried:
Street Fighter Alpha 3 (USA 980904 Phoenix Edition) (bootleg)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 (USA 980629)

The above is the parent rom "sfa3.zip" the others use roms from the parent and are classed as clones
