Default Twin USB PS2 Adapter not working with ePSXe.

Hey, the other day this came in the mail.

It works fine with Windows 10. However, ePSXe doesn't want anything to do with it. It seems that it doesn't even detect the controller at all. I tried to configure the controller but when I press a button, nothing happens.

Running the latest version of ePSXe (2.0.5). Any help?

The same USB to PSX/PS2 converter works just fine on my end

Though never bothered with ePSXe past version 1.9.0, so you can try that if you want

Alright, downloaded the older version. It did detect my button presses, and I configured my controller. I switched back to 2.0.5 and it seems to be detecting the button presses only in game for this pad. Oh well, at least I can use the latest version with my PS2 controller now. Thanks!

Ah that may of just been because ePSXe was started before you plugged a Pad in via the converter you need to have that all connected before starting ePSXe as it does not detect on the fly only if it is connected before starting it

P.S. rumble works via that converter also but you need an external driver for that, I uploaded one some time ago though at https://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?63284 it is in the first post of that thread under Controllers it actually works with most pads not just the converter
