Exclamation ROMs and ISOs are disappearing off of Emuparadise

I don't know if anyone has noticed or maybe it's just me, but I've seen ROMs and ISOs suddenly disappear off of Emuparadise. Like for example, I was looking for a Pokemon Emerald ROM, and nothing, just links to other sites. Another example is: I was trying to find a Metroid Prime ISO and there was nothing, just other websites again. I'm worried that someone's been attacking the site or the companies that own the games are taking the ROMs and ISOs down. Can someone please explain to me what is happening, so I can at least have peace of mind?
