I don't think virtuality arcade is even a thing, not yet anyway or maybe talking about an early 1990's VR set by the Virtuality Group but there is too much hardware involved, the emulation could be done sure but the movement controls will never be the same that was done via holding cords to detect where your hands are ect and other custom controls per game that there are very very few of despite that the controls do vary a lot

I don't for one second think that those units ever made it main stream so would be very hard to find and very expensive and then a dumping process would need to be made

For the time being MAME would be the best bet for any sort of emulation deving

yes i was talking about the Virtual reality arcades from the 90's. i have heard the games came from an amega pc that was hooked to the arcade so it cant be that hard to emulate

Most consoles and arcade start as PC's of some description but also use alot of specialised hardware so not just a PC and not as simple to emulate as you might thing (Think of the original Xbox that is still basically a PC but it is still not emulated, yet most of the hardware is basically PC hardware) later versions of the VR system ran through a 486 based PC but that was not as a gaming platform

The arcade systems originally used an Amiga 3000 as a base unit though not sure how much of that was custom

Only 350 1000CS's units were created, with 120 of these being installed inside the US. The system was sold as a Stand alone Point of Display unit, retailing for $60,000. The machine went out of production during 1994. Second-hand units currently retail for around $10,000 - $20,000.
The above would be a part of the stopper and a bit costly for a basic A3000 even with a VR headset and 3D joystick and 350 units even in one country is a very small amount to build

Still the system is yet to be emulated though a few CD dumps have been made, that I am sure MAME devs have access to but it takes more than a CD dump to emulate (I do not have those so don't ask me for them) but they obviously have no use even in a A3000 on there own or even a 486 for the later games so I would say there is more to dump than just a CD, extra rom chips and software/OS

https://mamedev.emulab.it/undumped/i...title=Undumped does have a huge list of undumped systems/games including Virtuality

http://unmamed.mameworld.info/non_other90.html love that site to start with but this lists games that are yet to be emulated though do note that MAME may have partial emulation of certain systems but not enough to have anything playable, including this system, hence why MAME is the one to look out for first

next is an image of the inside of the 486 unit as you can see it is not your standard 486 machine, most of the contents of it are very custom
