Default Home TV GameCube and Wii Emulation

Hi, I have found out an awesome way to play wii and gamecube games on your tv without a wii or a gamecube!

I have my pc hooked up via hdmi to my tv, and a xbox 360 controller paired through a wireless receiver.

I am using Dolphin 5.0 as my emulator!

    I recommend these pc specs:
8gb of ram (4gb might be able to handle the games)
Intel i3 7th gen (or higher)
    Windows 10 (or higher)

In dolphin you need to configure your emulated wii remote and gamecube controller!
However you can connect a real wii remote!!!

For better gameplay I use the fullscreen option!
    Wii supports widescreen
But gamecube cant (but it still can work fine on any modern TV's!

    Thanks please spread the word,

I been doing this with my android as well, hdmi tablet, micro hdmi to hdmi, and a beboncool bluetooth controller from amazon,it works for all emulators, most of them need to be mapped but it looks amazing, plus on some emulators for android I found most window 32x N64 texture packs work well with android

    I just use my Wii

I emulate lower end systems on that also

P.S. some Gamecube games do have widescreen and some can be forced into widescreen with codes although it is still 640x480

A lot of consoles have codes to do this including Xbox PS2 and Dreamcast to name a few that I know of so forcing games to widescreen display is not a new thing with the odd game with an option for that built in without having to rely on an emulator forcing Widescreen that tends not to work as good as some textures tend to be missing when forced via an emulator directly but the codes tend to show more and in-game options just work as they should
