Thumbs up Recording gameplay with ePSXe

Hello everyone I hope someone on here can help me, I got this feeling I'm about to accomplished what I want to, but I'm missing the last bit of it and maybe one of you can give me that one last push, here:
I want to record gameplay footage (and sound ofcourse) with epsxe using the actual emulator to record, just like in Zsnes, so I can upload to my youtube channel (I'm currently playing Breath of Fire 3) after hours and maybe days of reading and downloading and trial and error, I can finally record both video and audio.
The thing is I end up with a video file with a .REC extension and a separate audio file with a .WAV extension.
I downloaded "gpuplayer", with it you open the video .rec file and it plays the whole thing with sound, but I'm stock right here, I need a way to somehow merge or convert the .REC video and the .WAV audio into 1 proper file so I can finally upload gameplay to youtube. I tried Adobe premiere but it doenst recognize the .rec file.
I need suggestions and ideas on to how I can do that, I'm pretty sure I'm almost there.
    Thank you in advance
