Help, Ace combat 3 not working, it just stays at the loading screen, downloaded it from Emuparadise, anyone know where I can get a working iso?

Just downloaded, extracted, loaded it up. Seems fine
Grabbed the usa version. Epsxe 1.9.25. Bios scph7502. Peops opengl 1.78 graphics plugin. Pretty much default except for changing the fullscreen resolution.
As I said, seems fine. Nothing wrong with the disc image.
I have ePSXe 2.0.5, video plugin- ePSXE GPU core 2.0.0. every game plays fine except ace combat 3 no matter what plugin is used, it just sits at the now loading screen. Has anyone else had this issue or know someone who does?
