I downloaded the room and put into roms folder, but it didn't find. I think I have to do something else as well, like CHD file?

Yes, Street Fighter III: New Generation needs a CHD file, called cap-sf3-3.chd. MAME also works fine with CPS-3 ROMs.

Mame4droid is based on an older version of MAME and this section is for PC versions of MAME that supports newer rom and chd dumps so advice for the PC version may not apply to android users
