Can't connect to emuparadise.me

Okay, to start off, I'm really sorry if this is the wrong section, I can't seem to find a good section for this post.

This morning, I've been trying to get a fan made Pokemon FireRed hack to run, Pokemon Clover. It turns out I had the wrong .gba file for .ips patching, what I need is "1636 - Pokemon Firered (U)(Squirrels)" I couldn't get the right file to begin with, as I could not connect to www.emuparadise.me. When I try to connect I get this message in Chrome:

This site can’t be reached

www.emuparadise.me unexpectedly closed the connection.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED


However, I am able to connect to this website, so any help would be gladly appreciated.

P.S. This doesn't seem to be happening on any other website.

The site seems to be working fine so something is interfering with your connection. Where are you located?

It could be something on your router blocking access. The site is working fine. Can you try on your phone (without wifi) to see if it works okay?
