I wouldn't know. I just saw something about cheat eboots in your post and assumed you meant some sort of patching.
I know there are tools you can run on CFW like ReactPSN and so forth, but as I've never had CFW I don't know from personal experience. Plus I haven't read much about it, I tend to skim over things until I find info about OFW methods and tools.

I was mentioning cheat eboots as an aside and it does require patching. I think it's possible to cheat on the fly via over LAN but it's fairly complicated and I never looked into it.

Ripping and playing games normally is straightforward and hasn't required any patching for years as far as I remember.

That's as far as I looked. Any other CFW stuff, as I said, I've just skimmed over because it's irrelevant atm.

Yeah probably. Well at least with this I don't have to worry about cracks triggering my a/v.
Injecting PSOne Classics is easier than modding my Vita or setting up epsxe. My Vita doesn't have tv out anyway.

Depends what you are playing it on. PSP looks alright on older tech and smaller screens. Wouldn't want to play it on a 55'' LCD tho.
