We need a cloud service, kind of like what OnLive was, dedicated to playing PS4 and XBone games on the PC. Screw exclusives.

I had started playing Horizon: Zero Dawn at a friends house before he moved out of town and I want to finish it but I can't afford a PS4 just for that.
