I think 12Mbps unlimited data is around $60au, that's wireless using what I believe is nearly the same tech as 4G LTE but dedicated towers for internet. It's not exactly the same but very similar.
Upgrades are relatively easy and they've already tried 100Mbps, it should be able to go higher than that.

Shit that's a lot of money and you're getting less data than me. I only have 1.5Mbps unlimited adsl but I usually get around double your data limit per month...just depends as I share the local network with some other users. If they go away for a week or two I can get a fair bit more.

Well before the limit, the data speed is decent. Around 40Mbps.

I'm currently downloading a PSP game @ 12kbps. Only 20 hours to go!

I agree. However, it's the only choice we have.

AT&T is the only service provider that gets reception on this mountain where I'm at.

We're using their pre-paid sims and the only plans they have are 6GB, 12(?)GB, and 22GB (which is their "unlimited").
