Rogue Squadron has never worked on emulators, in my experience. But it is available for PC, I got it on STEAM. Still best on the original hardware. I haven't been able to get the Steam version to control right, mouse is horrible for zeroing the "stick" and my off-brand PS-style controller doesn't register in the game.
