Getting Phantasy Star Portable 2 running on PS3 CFW Black screen

Hi all.

I'm trying to get Phantasy Star Portable 2 to run on my PS3 which is running REBUG_4.81.2_REX CFW. I'm using the ps3_minis application to convert this and I've had some success with converting a few PSP games. I've ripped my UK verson from my original UMD and I've tried the USA version uploaded on Emuparadise with no luck. All I'm getting is a black screen when I run the game / package on my PS3

Has anyone managed to get Phantasy star portable 2 to run on the PS3?

No. I don't have a PS3 with CFW, but I have been thinking about picking up a spare older unit to try the OFW method of running some backups.

Have you tried PSPtoPS3 though (aka PSP Remaster method)?

Yeah, tried that and no luck. Even mounting the ISO instead of converting it causes the same issue. Final fantasy crisis core works fine (using either the converter or mounting it directly)

Ah ok. Just thought I'd mention it 'cos it's an older method iirc and some games only work that way not the minis method.
