Ive tried multiple sound and video plugins. I have a laptop, AMD A6-7310 with Radeon R4 graphics.
Running ePSXe with the scph 1001 bios as recommended.

I can do solo races (machine test)
I can do all the licenses.
When I go to race the game lags. I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

Any help is really really appreciated.
