MAME 0.161 CHD romset

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading MAME 0.161 CHD romset found here: https://www.emuparadise.me/Complete_...78702-download. Here's a link to my browser settings: https://aboutmybrowser.com/b-zinvSn

It's an extremely large file and I have used firefox to try and download it over the course of several days. It keeps stopping itself somehow and it won't continue. The last time I thought perhaps the file became corrupted so I deleted it started the download from scratch but now it's not getting even as far in the download as I was getting before. Started trying to download from about 4:21/2017 till today 4/24/2017 and I just haven't had any luck getting it to complete. I tried to use the torrent option first but it never could download any of file. It kept giving some strange error I had never seen before that sounded like I was being denied access from torrent by the host. I used Vuze to try and torrent the file. I already have the romset but I can't play all the roms without the CHDs!

I also have problem downloading MAME 0.161 CHD romset.
My download speed is around 50 KiB/s allthough my max speed have been around 350 KiB/s
which is still to slow for downloading such a large file.

I am a EP Premium user, located in Europe and are using Jdownloader 2
If I try downloading other roms from your website. I can go up to 3MB/s but for some reason I only have problems with this file.

I have a internet connection of 60/60 so that should not be the problem

Not trying to be a jerk....but I find it amazing they haven't responded to this at all....I mean...I can see ignoring me maybe...I don't pay for shit here. But it just seems like bad customer service to see someone paying for a service they aren't able to get.
