every time i extract it at my laptop, it always says:

can you explained it to me?
i have a slow internet and data allocation, and i download it for worth 5-6 hours, i can't just delete it, please can you help me?

Your download is corrupt or incomplete. Something went wrong with your 6 hour download, and the file you have simply broke.

Most people would simply tell you that you need to redownload the file. But considering your slow capped connection I'll help you with some data recovery. Fetch yourself Quickpar and install it:

I assume you aren't familiar with Quickpar. But I upload my games intentionally broken, and force people to fix them. There's a guide explaining how to do that in detail:

It's a simple process. If you didn't fully read that guide, you just place the par2 file I'm attaching to the bottom of this post with your downloaded game. Double-click the par2 and Quickpar will scan your file to see how broken it is. The 1 par2 block I'm giving you will probably be inadequate to fix your file, so just tell me how many blocks you need, and I'll make them for you. Although, if your download is horribly broken and needs to fix more than half of it, you're going to be stuck redownloading the entire file...
