Dino Crisis is a copy protected game, you need to use an anti copy protection patch in order to emulate it. The patch can be found here:

A at guess though you will want the PAL Spanish patch if you are playing the (ES)/Spanish version of the game

Those patches though are for ePSXe only but if you are using something other than ePSXe you will need to patch the disc image directly with ppf-o-matic the SLES###.## file is actually a ppf file that you can either rename to .ppf or you can put *.* as the patch file name in ppf-o-matic to show all files then just select the SLES file as the ppf

Hello friends da for you to do a tutorial of how I do this, put the patch, I want to play the game on psx or ps2.e and what version of the dino crisis game should I download, why am I using the Dino crisis version USA 1.1 ???

but for the sake of it I attached ppf-o-matic to this post
and will give you 7 steps to follow

1. download and extract Dino Crisis [U] (v1.0) ISO
2. use my ECM and APE guide to convert this image into a single Bin+Cue image file (You need ISObuster only then jump to the section Multi bin files plus cue file to a single bin file plus cue file
Just for those games with CDDA tracks that is the only part of that guide you need)
3. download and extract Dino Crisis [NTSC English].zip
4. download and extract the attached file and then run ppf-o-matic
5. hit the floppy icon at the end of the ISO file bar and open the new Bin file made in step 2.
6. hit the floppy icon at the end of the Patch bar and select the folder that the patch file is extracted to and change Files of type from PPF-File (ppf) to All files *.*
7. select the patch file, the patch will be the SLUS_009.22 file
6. hit apply

Franco is brazilian, I'm pretty sure he's is trying to run the NTSC-U version of the game.

I do believe the NTSC patch is for version 1.0 as 1.1 was released after the patch was made same instructions apply
the patch file is the file named SLUS_009.22

I edited the instructions to reflect this

I hope my instructions are easy enough to follow
