RFU Adapter
I recently bought a Gamecube, but the t.v. in my room doesn't have an AV. Although, I have an RFU Adapter made specifically for Nintendo 64. I know that it will work for my Gamecube, but will it have the potential to damage my Gamecube in any sort of way? I don't see the point to buy an AV adapter for my Gamecube when I can use my Nintendo 64 one, but I'm just wary that it might damage it. Thanks.

I think (though I could be wrong...) if it fits ok, and if the picture it gives is stable, it should be ok.. I use my PS1 one with my PS2 when I play it on the TV in my room since that one doesn't have a scart socket, and it's been ok for like a year, that's kinda the same situation I suppose...

No it wont damage it.. i know because i did up to about a week ago however i notice it did cause some sound errors.. like static like noise when there were big explosions in certain games...
Last week i bought a PS2 so to hook it up to the tv i went to Radio Shack and bough one of their RF Adapters.. (i got a 4 way so i can plug in my Cube as well and any other consoles i migh get in the future..)
But if your able to surive minor Sound errors then it will work..

There's absolutely nothing wrong with using the N64 adapter. It's the exact same thing as the GC one, so there's no harm in using it. Feel free to do so without worry.
