    PSP game in bin files....

I did not know you could even do that

can you give a full file list so I can figure out what is going on as no PSP games come in bin format or as far as I am aware and can not be converted to bin format
also how did you go about backing up the PSP game/s

    The usual formats are
iso (cso is just an iso with compression applied some games may lag in that format if you are using a slower memstick pro duo)
eboot format with all supporting files (basically what would be contained inside of a UMD or an iso or even as a PSN downloaded game that do not come as an iso but in eboot format with there corresponding data files)

It was in .rar format so i unrared it and then it became twenty .bin files. Should i have left ot as one rar file?

Are you sure it was .rar extension and not just a winrar icon? Winrar by default gives iso images a rar icon, and then people mistakenly extract the contents of the iso because they think it's an archive.

    Spoiler warning:
