Help with opening .pac files for Nintendo DS game

Hi, doing a little bit of research into the DS Yu-Gi-Oh! games. I've decompiled the ROM of one such game (World Championship 2008) and it has given me a lot of .pac files. These seem to be archives of smaller files and I was wondering how I would go about cracking open these files to see what's in them. Cheers!
