Anybody knows why Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance lags, and has its sound broken on my laptop?

I wanted to play it and remember the times but when i set everything up and fully launch the game, it has 10fps and a broken sound. I have windows 10 and my video card is AMD Radeon 8330 HD. I tried every setting possible (enabled speedhacks, disabled, changed some graphics) but still nothing . If anybody knows how to help me please comment and i will try it!

use that to get notes and settings for your games normally they have forum and a wiki link with issues and settings to use as well as basic play ability notes

check both PAL and NTSC region notes as a lot of games only have a single region tested but the same settings do tend to work for both variations of most games

for this game that are more notes for the PAL version

P.S. Pcsx2 is very CPU heavy the GPU has little effect to the impact on CPU processing, so if you have a slow CPU you will get slow downs regardless
