Default Anyone know how to get Kega Fusion to fullscreen in 64bit windows 7 without crash?

Hi I have a 64bit windows 7 setup. I can run the Kega Fusion 3.64 emulator, as a little window on my desktop but no matter what my settings are as soon as I attempt to go Fulll Screen I get:

    "Fusion.exe has stopped working."

Digging in event viewer shows an "Access Violation (0xc00000005)" as the issue and taking ownership of the files, granting permissions to all the files, adding the emulator as an exception in D.E.P., running as admin and even XP compatibility mode yields no help. This emulator is insta-crashing on every attempt of Full Screen on my system and I just can't get it working except in a small window.

Last time I could use this emulator in full screen was many years ago, when I had 32bit Windows XP.

I am only guessing here but I think it may be an issue with direct draw?

Any help would be vastly appreciated.
