I burn GTA:SA (V3 USA) but dont run/work on console

HI everyone, i have downloaded "GTA San Andreas (V3 NTSC)" for PS2 from EP site.
i put a translation to my language (PT-BR), i just replace the "AMERICAN.GTX" file with IsoRelinker.

after this i burn the iso on dvd-r with Alcohol 120, but the game dont run on my console (Modchip Matrix 1.93)


What happen? what i do wrong?

I think gta sa V3 can't be modded (change the language...
