    Default Super Mario Galaxy

Been having some trouble running SMG1 on my computer for some reason. Pretty sure it's good enough to handle Dolphin.

    Specs:
    Intel Core i5 6500 @ 3.20GHz
    8GB RAM @ 1066MHz
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU

Been getting random stutters every once in a while while playing, FPS going down to around 40-50 for a few seconds. Any ideas on settings I could use?

Pre-rendered frames in your NVidia control panel adjusts how much work your CPU does before sending work to the GPU. Turn that down and see if using the GPU more helps.
You can also change the settings to favor Performance over Quality in the NVidia Control Panel, and use in-game/emulator settings to get better quality. Just make sure your Nvidia controls in 3D Settings are set to Application-controlled.

    Be afraid. Be very afraid.
