Suspicious Sonic Riders Zero Gravity upload.

I've been browsing through this site for a few games and saw that Sonic Riders - Zero Gravity US version had two different links. I clicked on both of them and compared.
Here's the link to the one that looks suspicious. You can't tell me that any game for PlayStation 2 weighs in at 6.4 Mb. Megabytes. Really?

That's a little odd. The actual game download is 1.9GB, so the size is labeled incorrectly.
