NES on GBA was always squashed even from officially emulated NES games, though Pocket NES has some nice options to get what you would consider the best display but it will never be perfect
Pocket NES works fine mostly from what I remember though asides from the image issue

Problem is i dont have a pc
The roms take up more space than the emulator does anyway
If your running that low on space ditch some of the GBA games you do not play and use a NES emulator directly, overall it will save space because converting NES to GBA just inserts an emulator and Nes rom inside of a GBA rom that will overall take up even more space

Honestly, how do you expect to convert anything if you don't have a PC?
Spoiler warning:
Don't know why I forgot to mention it but why not just use something like Retroarch that emulates more systems anyway
Then just play whatever roms for whatever systems you want to play with Retroarch
Again emulators hardly take up space though admit Retroarch can take a little bit, roms on the other hand do take up space

I mean in the future i want to play super mario bros 3mix on my gba sp
Sorry you do need a PC to do a convert that is the best way
There is an alt though for flash kits, in the way of Pogoshell
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pogodist/
Pogoshell is a kind of extra gui for GBA flash kits that works with plugins, it includes a NES plugin to run NES roms directly from .nes files (it does not run zipped nes roms though)
EDIT... think you need a PC for that also
Why not just use a friends PC though to at least get it set up
Or if it's just the one game I am sure someone here would be willing to do it for you

EDIT

Good sets of GBA should include a bunch of NES to GBA converts
PocketNES Emulated NES ROM via PocketNES emulator
FC2GBA Emulated NES ROM via FC2GBA emulator
Though that may not include the hack ou want, but would let you play a bunch of NES games and narrow it down to just a few extra that you want to play, that you could ask it to be converted here
