PCSX2 trouble

Tried downloading PCSX2 1.4.0. Each time I attempt to run the application, I receive an error message
"The program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-[1-1-0dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Can anybody help me to get this program started? I have an older version installed but fps runs too slow to play most games.

This is mainly a C++ 2015 redist not installing correctly , or not installed at all , you can download it from this link on Microsoft ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=48145 )

If it is not solved after installing , you can download the .dll file itself from this link ( https://www.dll-files.com/api-ms-win...1-1-0.dll.html )
