    Default Rom transfer question

    Hello all,

I am trying to transfer some RoM's downloaded from here to my new retropi build. Attempting to use a USB stick and having an issue. When I transfer everything over to the usb stick, first thing i notice is that they are .7x files instead of .zip or the standard snes rom is .src IIRC. I am not sure if this is what's causing my issue, 7x is my zip program perhaps I need to choose a different one. Anyways when plugging the USB back into the pi nothing is getting moved over. Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to unzip those roms... many emulators support loading rom from .zip files but I think only a few support the .7z format.
