need help with [psp] FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood

I'm just recently downloading the game Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood on PSP

and i found the extracted file contains files like this :

dnl-fab.001
dnl-fab.002
dnl-fab.003
dnl-fab.004
dnl-fab.005

i've tried using 7zip for combining the files

but still i don't get it on how to play it on ppsspp

please help me

Did you manage to get a .ISO or .CSO file?

get none of them

even after i'm looking around and found out about 7z to combine the 5 file, the combined file is still not on .iso file type...
