Have been focusing more on Korean films / TV this year to help me improve my Korean, and a lot of the Japanese films I have watched have been older ones. But I think all of these are worth watching.Elin recommend me some Japanese films that came out this year.

Yeah, it's definitely a ride on the feels train, so probably best to avoid unless you're in the right mood. I think it's Makoto Shinkai's strongest film yet, though. And I really like the others, so that's saying a lot.

That's what I expect from a lot of Japanese films, it's amazing how realistic and depressing Japanese films are, they're so completely different to most anime.Yeah, it's definitely a ride on the feels train, so probably best to avoid unless you're in the right mood.
