Fuck it. Tomorrow morning my boss is getting a damn earful. I've worked over 40 hours a week for the past month and nothing has gotten any better. Still no new hire, still not getting paid full time wage, and still not even considered full time. Pissed off to all hell.

If you're on casual rates you should be earning more than full timers. Not unusual here for noobs to be casual for at least 3 months, sometimes more.
