UT04 should have a manual with a key.

UT04 EC edition has the key on the back of the inner box. I have both boxes, the key is there.

Are you sure the Editor's Choice version doesn't have the manual on one of the discs? There's a heap of them, including mod discs.
This is the CD version not DVD.

Yep that looks like the one I have, so the manual is indeed missing.

I could try chasing up that manual I guess. I was missing a manual for Pilot Academy PSP but got one easily enough around Christmas...I'm assuming it wouldn't be hard to find UT04 manual but I haven't checked

I got the Pilot Academy manual from the UK, easier to source console manuals from there. PC it shouldn't matter where it comes from as long as it's English, but European source is way cheaper than NA.
