I waited forever for them to ship my new monitor then they ended up shipping it slightly before their ridiculous projected date. I swear they don't have some items in hand....

usually I only have to wait a day or two, like if I order on sunday it's shipped later on monday or the latest tuesday afternoon. I think that stupid government/banker holiday screwed up processing times.
