MAME + NeoGeo ROMs don't start (Pi3B)

hey there,

i got a (maybe) special Problem:

i'm using "RecalBoxOS" on a Raspberry Pi 3b for emulating different old consoles and systems!

my favorite arcade games are METAL SLUG an WINDJAMMERS so i got myselfe the ROMS for NeoGeo and MAME but they don't start at all no matter wich system i try. i see them in the game-library, i start one, screen is getting black (starts loading!?) then MAME gets back in the library / NeoGeo stays in black screen

- i got the BIOS Files zipped and unzipped in the "bios" Folder
- the Game-ZIPs are in the rom Folders
- for NeoGeo i got "FBA2X" as Emulator seleced (when i select "liberator" same as MAME is happening)

i really need your help here!
