Iso files downloading as html

Recently got ppsspp for android and I'm trying to download iso files from emu paradise, but they keep saving as .html
If I rename it to iso, ppsspp doesn't recognise it either so I'm at a complete loss. Pretty new to this, so maybe I'm just dumb

There are no iso files on the main ep site. They're inside archives.
Same for forum shares, but there might be the odd rom dump that isn't inside an archive

how big are the html files

if they are large files try extensions like .rar .zip & .7z then try extracting those
